Salix Homes Groundwork
This project of 8 sheltered accommodations, and 30 properties includes ramps,
maintenance, external groundworks, fire prevention works, and required multi-skilled, qualified operatives.
We provided Salford sourced materials and monthly performance data, working to KPIs. All works to date are on schedule.
Wigan & Leigh Housing Aids and Adaptations
This ongoing project includes adapted showers, ramps, and internal alterations. We also renovate council properties to strict deadlines and high standards,
and provide maintenance on properties throughout The Wigan Borough,
including plumbing, and groundwork. Our team are trained to work with tenants and minimise disruption in their homes.
Leigh Voids & Responsive Repairs
This incorporates day to day repairs, responsive calls and void repairs. We assisted LBS with their corporate property, involving repairs and renovations to public buildings. With today's environmental issues, we are now discussing waste management works.
Salford Specialist Housing
With this ongoing project, we deliver DDA works and level access shower floors.
